Orders

As part of our mission "to not add to the world’s oversupply of fashion", all Ukiyo orders are Made to Order.

Made to Order means you can also customize your order to some extent, for example, adjust hem length, adjust sleeve length, choose a different linen, or adjust bodice length.

For Custom Orders, Please email info@ukiyoboutique.com before placing the order.

Timing: Orders usually take 3-4 weeks from the time of your order. Sometimes, depending on the flow of orders, we may take a little longer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping

We offer shipping within Australia and Internationally.

If your country does not appear in the shipping options please reach out via email info@ukiyoboutique.com

Domestic orders:

Express Post with Australia Post, delivery 1-3 days, flat rate of $12

International orders:

For the United States :
Please note, DHL is the only shipping option available at the moment.
Duties and processing fees will be calculated at checkout and need to be paid at the time of order. There will be no further duties to be paid when you receive your parcel. DHL Express, delivery 3-5 days, flat rate A$50.

For New Zealand, there are 2 shipping options :
Australia Post International Tracked Express, delivery 3-7 days, flat rate A$35
DHL Express, delivery 2-3 days, flat rate A$50
Any duties and processing fees applicable are the responsibility of the customer when your parcel arrives.

For all other International destinations:
DHL Express, delivery 3-5 days, flat rate A$50
