Returns and Exchange

We want you to love your Ukiyo purchase and feel beautiful wearing it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, for a full refund or an exchange.

Returned goods must be in their original condition.

Please note that this applies to FULL PRICED and SALE items.  It’s really important to us that you love your purchase and you wear it. We would hate to think that Ukiyo prices are left hanging in wardrobes unworn, so even if it’s on sale you can still return it for a full refund or exchange.
